| Ten
Democratic women will attend the state pre-primary convention
in Santa Fe on March 12-13 to be held at Buffalo Thunder.
They will be designated either as delegates or alternate
delegates from Lincoln Co. NM. They are Sandy Schiffman,
Judy Foulds, Marcia Wilheim, Beth Hood, Joyce Westerbur,
Rosalee Olivas, Suzanne Dotson, Betsy Seiler, Milly Mastin,
and Arlene Brown.

| Several
candidates for the upcoming municipal election spoke at
the monthly DWSMA meeting that took place on February
20th at K-Bob's Steakhouse in Ruidoso. Ray Alborn was
the only candidate for Mayor in attendance. Don Dutton,
Gloria Sayers and Jerry Shaw, all candidates for the Council
spoke also. |
